Traders Brasserie is a contemporary and premier eating establishment managed by the Hospitality and Catering department of Accrington and Rossendale College. The students prepare, cook and serve a tempting selection of dishes using local produce, complemented by a carefully selected wine list.

Traders Brasserie is open for breakfast and lunch Tuesday to Friday and fine dining evenings are held every Thursday.
